Reasons for use

Began using after wanting to for a long time

Mr. Godai, the president of SANTETSU ENGINEERING, and we were talking and he told us about the excellence of DEPAK.

Since then, we have been interested in DEPAK.
However, due to the lease on my previous refrigerator, we could not replace it immediately, but I decided that when we upgraded we would use DEPAK.

When the time was right, we decided to buy it without hesitation.

Amazing work beyond expectations

DEPAK, which we began using after wanting to for a long time, has done a wonderful job of exceeding our expectations.
We were especially impressed with the longevity of the cooked products.
Tartar sauce, which used to be difficult to store, can now be maintained in fresh condition for more than 7 days without the ingredients starting to separate.
Processed foods such as juku-dama, kakuni, and shigure-ni are also preserved in taste and texture without discoloration.

It is useful not only for cooked products, but also for keeping freshness of perishable foods such as beef, pork, and fresh fish.
Especially for fresh fish, it used to be difficult to preserve them and the time we could serve sashimi was limited, but after using DEPAK, we are able to keep fish fresh and delicious for a longer time.
We store everything from cod roe to green onions to green peppers in DEPAK. It keeps any food fresh.
Compared to when we used to use a regular refrigerator, the food lasts 3-4 days longer.

We used to dispose of the food if we couldn’t use it within 2 to 3 days, but since we switched to DEPAK, the loss has almost disappeared.

The price is higher than a regular refrigerator, but we believe it is a worthwhile investment that will pay for itself in the long run.

DEPAK is highly recommended for restaurants

We recommend DEPAK for all restaurants because food will last longer if they are kept in it.
Food loss is the biggest problem for restaurants, and we believe that with DEPAK, we can solve this problem.
We are truly glad we made the decision to introduce DEPAK because we were able to reduce food loss.
