Meat for feed, difficult to control temperature
We have been using a DEPAK thawing machine for over 10 years. We replaced it with a new DEPAK thawing machine in 2021 when it had a failure.
It is very difficult to control the temperature of meat for animal feed.
If the temperature is too low, the animal may get sick; on the other hand, if the temperature is too high, there is a risk of food poisoning.
Meat for feed is in large chunks, so without a thawing machine, it would thaw unevenly or not thaw properly. The DEPAK thawing machine allows it to thaw evenly to any desired temperature, which is a great help to us.
DEPAK thawing machine saves time and effort
We had a really hard time when the DEPAK thawing machine was out of service due to its failure.
We tried to raise the room temperature with heaters and used warm water to thaw the meat.
It took a lot of time and effort to cut and prepare the food with only the surface thawed and the center frozen.
We also used to put the meat in plastic bags and thaw it with warm water, but there was a hole in the plastic bag the meat drips went out.
We thought it was such a waste.
Once we started using the new DEPAK thawing machine, we realized again the convenience of the thawing machine because it is so easy to thaw at the touch of a button.
DEPAK thawing for all carnivores
Fukuyama City Zoo is using DEPAK thawing machines in the penguin house and reptile house, as well as in the enclosures for predator animals.
In the penguin house, fish blocks are thawed, and in the reptile house, mice are thawed.
It is difficult to thaw any food without a thawing machine, and temperature control is also important, so the DEPAK thawing machine is indispensable.
