The thawing machine installed for new business start-up
We decided to start a chicken processing business and compared thawing machines from 4 companies, including Santetsu Engineering.
Other companies had faster ones, but the DEPAK machine is easy to operate; all you have to do is put in the ingredients and push a button. We don’t have to constantly monitor the machine. It leads to increased productivity, and the DEPAK thawing machine was better suited for our company.
We were grateful that we were introduced to a company which is using this thawing machine and were able to see the actual machine accompanied by a salesperson from Santetsu.

Since we have a line-up of more than 20 different processed products, we always want to make it easy for any onsite staff to thaw a large variety of frozen ingredients.
DEPAK thawing machine makes it easy for anyone to perform the thawing operation, as all they have to do is put the ingredients in the machine and push a button.
We like that it is easy to clean and hygienic.
There is good quality after thawing, we are very satisfied.
The amount of drip loss is varied depending on the country of origin of the chicken, but all of them were very good quality when thawed in DEPAK.
We have never had any defective products or waste after thawing.
The sales representative from Santetsu Engineering followed up with us and responded immediately if we had any problems.
We recommend this machine to any factory that does not operate 24 hours a day or has staff shortages, because after putting the ingredients in the machine and setting the timer on the previous day, it automatically changes the temperature to an appropriate one on the next day and keeps them fresh.

We are wholesaler of frozen, chilled, and dry foods and we also manufacture and deliver our own products from our own plants, such as rice milling, rice cooking, vinegar and meat processing.
